Bryan Singer Sells Malibu Home For $13.75 Million Amid Sexual Assault Allegations: Photos

Film director Bryan Singer, who is facing multiple sexual assault allegations, sold his Malibu, Calif., home for $13,750,000 after purchasing it 10 years prior for $8,500,000.

Thanks to realtors Yawar Charlie and Aaron Kirman from Compass, Singer was able to collect a big check once he rid himself of his former abode on December 24. 

He has since been removed from his latest project, Dark Phoenix, and as a director on Bohemian Rhapsody after multiple men accused him of assaulting them when they were minors.

While Singer may be saying farewell to his Malibu mansion, the Usual Suspects director doesn’t have to sell his four other California properties to potentially cover his costly lawsuits … yet.

Singer owns three West Hollywood homes: He purchased his first abode for $1,100,000 in 1998 — the same year he released his psychological thriller, Apt Pupil. The 55-year-old then bought his second home 10 years later for $2,300,000 and his third in 2014 for $3,100,000.

The Hollywood producer’s fourth California home is located in Studio City, which he purchased in 2009 for $702,000.
