Ortiz-Magro was reportedly on probation from a previous arrest. He was booked in October 2019 after he allegedly assaulted Harley in an Airbnb in L.A. and was ordered 36 months probation after he evaded jail time thanks to a plea deal.

He was also ordered to pay $20,000 to the Jewish Family Services of L.A. and do 52 weeks of domestic violence treatment in Nevada but had reportedly started taking the classes three months before his probation “on his own free will, not because he was ordered,” Us Weekly reported at the time.
