Kate Middleton ‘Can’t Wait’ To Meet Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s Daughter

On Sunday, June 6, and announced the arrival of their two days after giving birth. The power couple chose to name their baby girl after both Harry’s late mom, Princess Diana, and Her Majesty — Lilibet is the Queen’s childhood nickname.

Hopefully, the royals will be able to meet the newest addition to their family in the near future, as and Prince William reside in the U.K. while the red-headed and the former actress live in California. Harry, 36, and Meghan, 39, moved to the sunny state with two-year-old son Archie after stepping back from their senior royal duties last year.

While their exit caused quite a stir amongst the royals, tension between the family and couple worsened when they began exposing what their life was really like behind palace doors.

Of the shocking claims made, Meghan personally dragged Kate’s name through the mud during her and Harry’s interview with Oprah Winfrey
in March. The Duchess of Sussex previously addressed reports claiming Meghan made Kate, 39, cry ahead of the former actress’ 2018 wedding.

“The reverse happened,” Meghan told Oprah, adding that their altercation “made [her] cry, and it really hurt [her] feelings.” While she refused to go into detail, Meghan emphasized that Kate has since apologized. During the sit-down, Harry also said he believes William and Prince Charles are “trapped” in royal life.

Despite Harry and Meghan’s bombshell accusations, Kate has chosen to take the high road and work on mending her husband‘s relationship with his brother. “Setting aside any personal resentment she may still feel about Harry and Meghan’s televised two-hour tell-all, Kate put her best foot forward in trying to carve a path to reconciliation between the brothers,” Camilla Tominey explained.
