Kim Kardashian Gets Restraining Order Against Man Who Sent Engagement Ring

On Wednesday, June 16, a judge granted the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star a against a who was sending her some cryptic fan mail.

According to the documents that filed earlier in the day, a man named Nicholas Costanza has allegedly shown up at the reality star’s home in Calabasas, Calif., several times throughout the past year.

Kardashian, 40, also alleged that Costanza showed up at her home in May and told her security team that he was there to pick up the KKW Beauty founder for dinner.

The mom-of-four then received an and Plan B pills earlier this month, which she claims were sent by Costanza before being intercepted by her security team.

The alleged stalker has also been busy online as well, reportedly posting a fake marriage certificate, along with other cryptic posts about the SKIMS founder, including calling himself her “knight in shining armor.”

The judge granted a temporary restraining order, according to TMZ, asserting that Costanza should stay at least 100 yards away from Kardashian and should refrain from all contact.

Kardashian is no stranger to the court process on restraining orders. Just last month, she filed a restraining order against another creepy fan for a similar reason.

Charles Peter Zelenoff, another alleged stalker, reportedly harassed Kardashian online, and posted terrifying messages about his desire to get into her home and have a physical relationship with her. He even filmed videos outside of her property before being prohibited by a temporary restraining order, as previously reported by OK!.

Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner experienced a similar situation quite recently, as a man was arrested after refusing to leave the Lip Kit inventor’s home over the weekend.

In 2016, was in a life-threatening situation, as she was robbed at gunpoint in her hotel room in Paris, and she has upped her security game ever since the incident.
