Despite the bright sunshine, the “Plastic Hearts” singer rocked an all-black ensemble, which included side tassel pants teamed with a muscle tank top, which showcased Cyrus’ heavily tattooed arms.

She wore equally tough accessories including square-toe boots, red-tinted oversized aviators and a collection of silver necklaces including a large cross pendant. She also wore a face mask as required by the state of California during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The 28-year-old’s outing comes a few days after her reportedly wild night out at Los Angeles’ Rainbow Room where she celebrated the 15th anniversary of her old Disney show Hannah Montana.
